1. Project information
– Project name: Upgrading and operating electroplating wastewater treatment system.
– Location: Long An Province, Vietnam.
– Capacity: 48 m3/day and night.

2. Input parameters of processing system
- Type, level of construction: Level III technical infrastructure construction.
- Input water: leachate, industrial wastewater, hazardous wastewater. Allowable TDS index up to 6,000 ppm, COD about 8,300 ppm.
3. Proposed technology and treatment solutions
Applying evaporation technology process. Evaporation system evaporates concentrated wastewater after RO. The result of the process is to obtain ultra-pure steam and crystallized solids.

The purified water after treatment has a TDS of less than 50 ppm, ensuring the reuse standards as required by the investor.
4. Strengths of the treatment technology
- Treats wastewater with TDS concentrations up to 400,000 ppm.
- Eliminates most of the bacteria in the water; The higher the TDS index of the wastewater, the greater the efficiency.
- The treated water meets the standards for reuse in the production process.
- The final product of the process is solid. No liquid discharge.

5. Water treatment results
The treated water meets the standards for partial reuse in the production process. The remaining part is discharged into the environment according to the prescribed standards.
