1. Project information
– Project name: Construction, installation and equipment, operation of clean water treatment system, supply for production.
– Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
– Capacity: 1,200 m3/day and night.
2. Input parameters of processing system
- Type and level of construction: Level III technical infrastructure construction.
- Input water: water from water supply/well.
- Production water quality requirements: COD index < 20 ppm.
3. Proposed technology and treatment solutions
Applying reverse osmosis (RO) technology. TSRO membrane technology at TVTS thoroughly cleans the production water. Meets the standards committed to the investor.
In this technology, the raw water flows crosswise through the reverse osmosis membrane, suspended substances, bacteria and viruses are separated to obtain a quantity of pure water permeating through the membrane. The clean water after treatment meets the required standards. COD < 20 ppm.
4. Strengths of the treatment technology
- Treats wastewater with TDS concentrations up to 20,000 mg/l.
- Removes most bacteria in water.
5. Water treatment results
The system after many days of testing and adjustment. Currently, it is operating stably and providing clean water with high quality.
Clean water output: ~ 1,100 m3/day and night.
Quality: COD < 20 ppm.
