TVTS’s product and service quality assurance policy is in compliance with the following contents:

  1. Top priority is given to quality and service.

  2. Satisfying the highest requirements of customers.

  3. Always paying attention to the working environment and labor safety for employees.

  4. Building a friendly company culture, caring about employees’ lives.

  5. Implementing, maintaining and regularly improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system.

  6. Ensuring that all employees understand and properly follow the direction of the Company’s leaders.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO TVTS

  • Thinh Vuong Technical Services Joint Stock Company has built and implemented a quality management system (QMS), using ISO 9001:2015 as a basis for organizing documents and improving practices to better satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties.
  • This manual describes the quality management system, outlining the authorities, interactions and responsibilities of personnel who operate within the scope of the management system.
  • The manual also refers to the processes and activities included in the company’s quality management system.
  • This manual is intended to familiarize customers and external organizations or individuals with the controls implemented, and to assure these interested parties that the integrity of the system is maintained and focused on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
  • Our quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and uses a PDCA approach and risk-based thinking.
