1.1 Definition

1.2 Working principle of Mechanical Vapor Recompression Evaporation – MVR technology
MVR uses a centrifugal compressor to compress the secondary vapor (low temperature and low pressure) evaporated from the liquid material to increase its temperature and pressure, so as to reuse it as a heating source to evaporate the liquid material again.
This process is to convert a small amount of electrical energy into thermal energy. Theoretically, compared with similar technologies, it can save more than 50% ~ 80% of energy consumption and 90% of cooling water.
MVR allows the use of mechanical evaporation to operate evaporation systems anywhere electrical power can be provided. Even at a remote plant without utility power, where electrical power needs to be generated on site.
