JOB TITLE

Position: Site Engineer – Environmental Sector
Department: Project Execution

1. WASTEWATER TREATMENT ENGINEER JOBS OBJECTIVE

To ensure the execution of environmental engineering projects (wastewater treatment, water supply, exhaust gas treatment, solid waste, wastewater reuse, seawater desalination, etc.) in compliance with design, timeline, and technical standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site work, managing manpower and materials, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful system handover and operation.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and supervise the installation of environmental treatment systems on-site (wastewater, exhaust gas, water supply, reuse, seawater desalination, etc.).

  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Develop detailed construction plans aligned with the overall project schedule.

  • Manage work volume, quality, and labor safety.

  • Coordinate with contractors, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor materials and equipment entering the site to ensure technical standards.

  • Report progress, quality, and issues to superiors.

  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and final handover.

  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Environmental Chemistry, Construction, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ years’ experience in wastewater/water/gas treatment projects.

  • Solid knowledge of environmental technical standards and regulations.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and relevant engineering software.

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Priority given to candidates with safety certification or construction supervision licenses.
