Anti-scaling/anti-fouling chemicals provided by TVTS have the trade name “Roprep” of ROCHEM. They are used to prevent scaling for RO/NF/UF/MF membranes during water filtration operations.

1. Features:

Roprep anti-scaling chemicals have the ability to dissolve substances that cause scaling on the membrane. Especially silica, Ca2+ salt, preventing inorganic ions from sticking to the membrane. Helps improve treatment efficiency, reduce the need for membrane cleaning and increase membrane life.

3. Instructions for use

Mix chemicals directly with wastewater into the RO/NF/UF/MF system.

The chemical run rate according to hardness content can be referred to as follows:

  • Water treatment system: ~ 3 – 5 ppm
  • Wastewater treatment system: > 10 ppm

Depending on the concentration of film-forming substances in wastewater, adjust the Roprep chemical ratio accordingly.

4. First aid for chemical exposure

Some situations that may arise, please note:

  • In case of inhalation: keep the patient in a side-lying position and move to the nearest medical facility. In case of contact with
  • hands/skin: wash thoroughly with water and soap.
  • In case of contact with eyes: open eyes and rinse under running water for several minutes. If symptoms do not improve, move to the nearest medical facility.
  • In case of ingestion: drink plenty of water to dilute the concentration and eliminate it.
